4. Data Infrastructure & Security

Turnover Pro uses Lovable Cloud for data storage and authentication. All data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure strict data isolation — users can only access data belonging to their own organization. We implement industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Data Retention

Active turnover data and account information are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, data is subject to a 30-day soft-delete retention period, after which it is permanently removed from our systems. Backup retention may extend up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or turnover data to third parties. Data is only shared:

  • Within your organization (as governed by role-based permissions)
  • With service providers necessary to operate the platform (under strict confidentiality agreements)
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights
